How can I find or track my Posty order?

    We’ll email updates as we process your order, including courier tracking details for shipped orders. You can also check the status of an order at any time in order details.

    To visit order details in your profile, select the account icon in the top right corner, then select My orders. Select the order from Assets to view order details, including status and tracking details.

    Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your item ships, and tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website

How do I return an item?
How do I create a Posty account?
To create a Posty account:
  1. Visit the sign in page on Posty.lt.
  2. Select Register your account.
  3. Enter your email address, then create a password.
  4. Password Requirements:
    • Must contain at least 8 characters
  5. Select Create account.
