Warranty terms

1. All goods purchased at www.zillo.lv have a manufacturer's warranty.
2. The warranty period specified by the manufacturer for the goods is different, it can be up to five years.

4. In cases where the manufacturer has set a warranty period shorter than two years for a product, the consumer has the right to file a claim for non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract within two years from the moment of purchase.
5. The right to submit a claim is valid if the product was used only in the intended conditions and only in the household.
6. Legal entities that are not Consumers are provided only with the warranty period specified by the Manufacturer.

7. We inform you that the manufacturer's warranty conditions are valid if the buyer can present:
7.1. proof of purchase document (cheque, delivery note); 7.2. manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (if the manufacturer or distributor has included one in the product package).

8. We inform you that the warranty conditions do not apply to the product's additional accessories (for example, product accessories), power elements (for example, batteries, accumulators), accessories that have a limited resource (for example, fuses, headphones, microphones).

9. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty are not valid against damage caused by the fault of the buyer or user and are:
9.1. the product has damage to warranty seals, serial numbers;
9.2. the product has not been used for its intended purposes and has not been operated as indicated in the product's instruction manual;
9.3. scratched, broken structures, cracked screen, water poured in places not intended for it, product cared for by incorrect means, if extraneous objects are found in the product, insects have been allowed to enter the product or any other traces that indicate improper use of the product;
9.4. if the damage occurred due to non-compliance of the supply voltage, telecommunications, cable networks with the standards set by the manufacturer, due to rapid temperature fluctuations, as well as other domestic and external factors, such as soot, smoke, dust, moisture, shocks, scratches;
9.5. if the product shows signs of unqualified repair;
9.6. in cases of natural wear and tear of elements.
9.7. if the product has used non-standard power supply units, accessories and spare parts, as well as consumables (such as cartridges, toners, etc.) that have not been certified by the manufacturer for use with the specified product, and if this has caused damage to this product;
9.8. the warranty does not apply to additional equipment - batteries, headphones, connecting cables, charging devices, remote controls).
9.9. if the product has been used by the buyer for production or professional purposes (in case the specific product is not intended for such purposes);
9.10. the warranty does not apply if damage has occurred as a result of incorrect product transportation.

10. In case the product is damaged, the buyer has the following options:
10.1. go to the service center specified in the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (taking the proof of purchase and the warranty card with you) - we recommend it as the fastest option for preventing damage to the product;
10.2. apply for warranty service at any time by clicking on the "Apply for service" section, and our employee will contact you about further actions.;

11. In the event that the warranty service is not valid, but the buyer refuses the paid repair, then the buyer must cover the diagnostic costs, and the buyer receives the Service Center's conclusion on the detected damages. 12. Procedure for handling complaints and out-of-court disputes.

Terms of use of the right of withdrawal

1. Right of refusal:

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason.

10. You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.
11. Except for the cases specified in clause 12 of these regulations, you can use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days, covering:
11.1. expenses for the delivery of the product, which is not the cheapest standard delivery method offered by SIA SME BALTIC;
11.2. the direct costs of returning the goods, except for cases where SIA SME BALTIC has agreed to cover these costs or has not informed you that you have to cover the costs;
11.3. decrease in the value of the product, if the product is used for a purpose other than to clarify the nature, characteristics and operation of the product, as confirmed by the diagnostics performed at the service authorized by the manufacturer of the product. You are not responsible for the decrease in the value of the product if SIA SME BALTIC has not informed you about the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory acts regulating the protection of consumer rights;

12. In the cases specified in Clause 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014 "Regulations on distance contracts", including if:

If the seller or service provider, when visiting the consumer, provides an additional service or supplies goods that are not necessary spare parts to carry out repairs or maintenance work, the right of refusal is applicable to said additional services or goods;
the consumer has opened the package of audio recording or video recording or computer programs;
the contract is concluded for the supply of digital content, which is not supplied on a permanent data carrier, if the supply of digital content has been initiated with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation of the loss of the right of refusal;

TERMS OF PURCHASE-SALE OF GOODS

1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms of Purchase together with the documents referred to in them in the regulations, are intended for providing information about SIA SME BALTIC ("Seller"), as well as goods sold in the online store for setting out the terms of purchase and sale (“Terms”) for persons who specified in Clause 5.1 of the Regulations ("Buyer"), and who purchase the goods ("Products") in the online store at www.zillo.lv.

1.2. These Terms apply when concluding any contracts between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale of the Goods (the “Agreement”). Before ordering any Goods in the online store, please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understood them correctly. Please pay attention to that before ordering completion, the Buyer is obliged to agree to these Terms and Privacy policy, but refusing to do so, order completion and Goods ordering is not possible.

7.3. The right of the buyer to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days, return the Goods to the Seller and receive money using the right of withdrawal, are applied only to consumers (natural persons) and arise from the Agreement closing day as defined in Clause 5 of the Rules. 7.4. The 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal is calculated as follows:

7.6. 7.16. In the event that the Goods were delivered to the Buyer after deviating from Agreement:

a) The Buyer is obliged to immediately return the Goods to the Seller;

(b) except in relation to non-conforming Goods as is provided for in Regulation 15.11. point, the Buyer will be responsible for the Goods covering the costs of returning to the Seller;

c) The Buyer is obliged to take proper care of the preservation of the Goods until then for return to the Seller;

d) The price of the product and delivery costs shall be reimbursed to the Buyer in accordance with 7.12 of the Rules. point.

8. Delivery

Home delivery

Track Your Order

You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Zillo.lv. When your package ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. You can use the number at any time to check its progress.

Track your order on Zillo.lv:

Log into your Zillo.lv account.
Select My orders.
Select Track Shipment.

Cancelled Orders

Sometimes we cancel orders to save you time and money. If we cancel your order, we won’t charge you.

You may see a temporary hold on your credit or debit card account associated with a canceled order. Your bank may have placed a temporary hold on that amount when your order was placed and will remove the temporary hold based on their policies and procedures. We cannot remove the temporary hold. Please contact your bank with any questions regarding any temporary hold. It is sometimes called an authorization hold and shows as pending in your account.

We may have canceled your order because:

It exceeded our rules for quantity limits and bulk purchases.
An item is out of stock.
Our webpage had price and other listing errors.
Our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department needs more information.
A carrier or shipping method was unavailable.

You’ll get an email if we cancel any part of your order, or if we need more information to process your order.

Delayed Orders

We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for popular items. Sometimes, pre-transit order delays still happen. If an order is delayed, we'll send order update emails in real-time.

Delivery Returned to Us

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Contact customer care after you’ve:

Checked the latest emails from us and our courier partners.
Reviewed your tracking information on the courier’s website, if it has already been provided to you

Delivery Delays

If there's a delay in your scheduled delivery, we may notify you via SMS or email, and provide you with revised delivery dates.

If you haven’t received your order after the delivery window has passed, with no new notifications from us informing you of this, please get in touch with our customer care.

Delivery Returned to Us

If the courier returns your delivery to us, an associate will contact you to reschedule your delivery. If we can’t reschedule it, we’ll cancel your delivery order.

Couriers return orders when:

They can’t find your address.
No safe location is found.
You aren’t reachable.
You canceled your order.

Missing Items

Check the receipt in your email to see if the item was out of stock or substituted. If we charged you for the item but it's missing from your delivery, reach our customer care using the contact page or select the Chat with us button.

Multiple Item Orders

Your items may be shipped from different warehouses.

Your items may arrive separately.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
Visit your Purchase History to see if your order was split into multiple packages.
If you've received all packages from your order and you're still missing items, select the Chat with us button.

Order Not Received

If your tracking information shows your package has arrived, but you can’t find it:

Contact the courier company's customer care
Ask your household and neighbors.
Review the address saved in your Zillo.lv account. Make sure it doesn’t have any spelling errors or numerical mistakes.
Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It’s rare, but sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

Return methods

There are two methods to return items:

Schedule for courier pickup: Print the return label we provided, attach it to your package, and have the item picked up by our partner courier.
Drop off at a pickup station: Print the return label we provided, attach it to your package, and drop your return off at the nearest pickup station, depending on the courier partner displayed on your label.

For orders weighing up to 10 kg, the delivery price is 6.99 euros throughout Baltic countries. The price of delivery may vary depending on the dimensions of the products. The final shipping costs will be shown during checkout, and on your invoice.

Pickup and Delivery

If the total weight of the package is up to 30 kg, the courier will unload the package and take it to the first safe place within your address (through the door of the apartment, house, or garage, but the courier will not carry the package through the rooms or yard). In this case, it is not necessary to order additional handling services.

Important! If the ordered item is oversized or if the items are placed on a pallet, regardless of their weight (up to 30 kg), the items will not be carried inside.

If any package weighs more than 30 kg (such as large household appliances, furniture, etc.), the courier will help you unload the package from the car, but will not take it to the desired destination.

If the weight of the package is 30-80 kg, we recommend ordering the unloading service at the price of €19.99. The unloading service is provided by two courier partners, and it can be ordered by reaching our customer care at +371 27218166 or by e-mail: info@zillo.lv.

If the total weight of the order is over 80 kg, no stacking service is provided. Door-to-door courier service is available in all Baltic cities and regions. Delivery and unloading of such goods will be carried out only by freight trucks to the address specified by you. You must ensure the conditions for the truck to drive to the desired unloading point, otherwise the goods will not be delivered. In Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, and their regions, delivery takes place on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In other cities - from 8:00 to 18:00. When ordering this service, it is not possible to select the desired delivery time.

If you lost or forgot your Zillo.lv password, you can easily reset it using the following steps:

Open the Profile page or select Forgot password from the log in page.
Select Send code.
Check your email for the 6-digit code. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
- This code expires after 30 minutes. If your code expired, you could request a new one using the steps above.
Enter the 6-digit code and select Continue.
Enter a new password you’ve never used before.
- Your password must include:
  - Eight characters
Select Create new password and sign in.

Go to Profile.
Select Personal info.

Refund

We refund Zillo.lv returns submitted through our customer care to your original method of payment. Outbound shipping charges aren't always refunded upon return. This can include regular and freight shipping, and any shipping surcharges.

If you are a VAT-registered company, Zillo allows customers the removal of taxes on their online purchases.

- You must have an account to enroll for VAT deduction.
Step 2: Place an order.
- Place an order for your desired product and fill out your company details at checkout.
Step 3: Reach out to us.

Step 4: Get approved & receive a new invoice.
